iPhone Still Leaves Business Users In A Lurch

I stopped into my local ATT Wireless store to check out the new iPhone. Although I'll soon be eligible for an upgrade, I'm not sure I will be jumping on board. I'm not thrilled with my Treo 750 but it does the job and the iPhone Querty touch keyboard doesn't do it for me. With new support for MS Exchange the thought of using a special stylus is taking one giant leap backwards. Without a speech to-text-app and a voice command solution, user who rely on Smartphone email efficiency will feel short changed. The iPhone has a super screen, but until it become easier to create email (the #1 killer app) it leaves me without an upgrade reason. I hope the next killer iPhone apps are targeted to deal with this one flaw. And what's up with still no user access to put in your own battery?
